Brief Introduction
Song Lingyang obtained a bachelor's degree at Jilin University in 2002, a doctorate degree at the University of York in 2006, and won the K. M. Stott Excellent Research Award. He was a researcher at the University of Oslo, Norway, and re -joined the Philips Research Institute in March 2008 to serve as a standardized scientist of 3GPP RAN. In May 2009, he joined the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University, and is now a professor hired by Boyte. He is a co -author of many best thesis awards, including the 2016 IEEEE Society Leonard G. Abraham Award, and 2021 IEEE Communication Society Heinrich Hertz Award. He has served as an outstanding lecturer of the IEEE Communication Association and the regional editor of IEEE Vehicular Technology. He is the Fellow of IEEE.
