WHEN TO REGISTER
Full Paper, submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceeding, the author can choose oral presentation, register after you receive the acceptance letter.
被接收的全文投稿注册后将发表在本次会议论文集中，文章作者可以选择口头报告，作者在收到录用通知之后再完成注册，详尽的注册指导请根据系统要求办理。

TO OFFICIAL RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT
